低温等离子射频刀在慢性扁桃体炎切除术中的应用效果及对疼痛视觉模拟评分、并发症的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨低温等离子射频刀对慢性扁桃体炎患者疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、并发症的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年5月焦作市妇幼保健院收治的150例接受手术治疗的慢性扁桃体炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组(接受低温等离子射频刀治疗)与对照组(接受传统扁桃体剥切术治疗),每组各75例。对比两组患者临床指标,手术前后不同时间的降钙素原(PCT)、VAS评分、C反应蛋白(CRP)及术后1个月的并发症发生情况。结果:研究组的手术、住院时间短于对照组,手术失血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.227、8.632、10.122,P<0.05);术后7d,研究组PCT、CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.445、5.512,P<0.05);研究组术后1 h、2 h、3 h、24 h、48 h的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.807、6.598、2.884、3.576、5.224,P<0.05);研究组术后1个月的总并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.741,P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子射频刀具有减轻慢性扁桃体炎患者术后疼痛感的作用,可有效降低患者术后并发症发生风险。Objective:To investigate the effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency knife on VAS scores and complications in patients with chronic tonsillitis.Methods:150 patients with chronic tonsillitis undergoing surgical treatment admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study population.A random number table was used to divide the study group(treated with cryo-plasma radiofrequency knife)and the control group(treated with conventional tonsillectomy),with 75 cases in each group.The clinical indicators,calcitoninogen(PCT),pain visual analog score(VAS),C-reactive protein(CRP)and complications at 1 month postoperatively were compared between the two groups at different times before and after surgery.Results:The duration of operation and hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of blood loss was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.227,8.632,10.122,P<0.05).The PCT and CRP levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group 7 d after surgery,with statistical significance(t=3.445,5.512,P<0.05).VAS scores of the study group at 1 h,2 h,3 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.807,6.598,2.884,3.576,5.224,P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group 1 month after surgery was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.741,P<0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma radiofrequency knife can alleviate postoperative pain in patients with chronic tonsillitis,and can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
