非肿块型乳腺导管内癌超声特征及病理表现的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析非肿块型乳腺导管内癌(DCIS)超声特征及病理表现的相关性。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年3月天津市滨海新区美欣门诊非肿块型乳腺导管内癌患者80例,均行超声诊断,并参照超声图像特征,对患者进行超声分型,统计不同超声分型患者与病理表现的相关性。结果:80例患者中,Ⅰ型患者25例,占比31.25%;Ⅱ型患者12例,占比15.00%;Ⅲ型患者37例,占比46.25%;Ⅳ型患者6例,占比7.50%。各超声分型患者的超声特征与病理类型、细胞核分级比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.411、25.515,P<0.05)。Ⅰ型患者的超声特征与病理类型、细胞核分级存在明显关联性,Ⅲ型患者的超声特征与病理类型存在明显关联性,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.815、8.498,P<0.001)。结论:非肿块型DCIS患者的超声特征与病理表现存在一定相关性,可为疾病诊疗提供科学依据。Objective:To analyze the ultrasound features of non-mass-type intraductal carcinoma of the breast(DCIS)and the correlation with pathological manifestations.Methods:80 patients with non-lumpy intraductal breast cancer in outpatient clinics from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected,all of whom underwent ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound staging with reference to ultrasound image features,and the correlation between patients with different ultrasound staging and pathological manifestations was counted.Results:Of the 80 patients,25 patients(31.25%)were type I patients,12 patients(15.00%)were type II patients,37 patients(46.25%)were type III patients,and 6 patients(7.50%)were type IV patients.There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of ultrasound characteristics with pathological type and nuclei grading for each ultrasound subtype of patients(χ^(2)=9.411,25.515,P<0.05).There was a statistically significant correlation between ultrasound features and pathological type and nuclei grading in type I patients and between ultrasound features and pathological type in type III patients(χ^(2)=16.815,8.498,P<0.001).Conclusion:The ultrasound characteristics of non-mass DCIS patients are correlated with pathological manifestations,which can provide a scientific basis for disease diagnosis and treatment.
