表面印迹聚酰胺的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙烷磺酸为功能单体,Mg(Ⅱ)为模板,在聚酰胺微粒表面制备了Mg(Ⅱ)表面印迹聚合物颗粒(Mg-SIIPs)。采用红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射谱(XRD)、电子扫描电镜(SEM)进行了表征,通过吸附试验考察了Mg-SIIPs的吸附性能,结果表明,常温下Mg(Ⅱ)初始质量浓度为80 mg/L、pH=4、150 min条件下,达到吸附平衡,吸附量、吸附率分别为39.51 mg/g和98.78%;Mg-SIIPs对几种金属的选择性系数(Q_(Mg(Ⅱ))/Q_(Ca(Ⅱ)),Q_(Mg(Ⅱ))/Q_(Fe(Ⅱ)),Q_(Mg(Ⅱ))/Q_(Zn(Ⅱ)),Q_(Mg(Ⅱ))/Q_(Cu(Ⅱ))和Q_(Mg(Ⅱ))/Q_(Al(Ⅲ)))分别为12.17、5.13、4.81、1.51、1.23,显示出较好的选择性,可重复使用7次。Magnesium ion-imprinted polymers(Mg-SIIPs)were prepared by surface imprinted polymerization with methacrylic acid and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonic acid as functional monomers,polyamide 6 as matrix,and magnesium ion as template molecule.The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR),X-ray diffraction spectrum(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The adsorption properties of Mg-SIIPs on Mg(Ⅱ)were studied by adsorption test and the results showed that the saturated adsorption volume and rate were 39.45 mg/g and 98.63%at the 25℃,the initial concentration was 80 mg/L and the adsorption equilibrium time was 30 min,the selectivity coefficients of Mg-SIIPs on several common metals(Q_(Mg(Ⅱ))/Q_(Ca(Ⅱ)),Q_(Mg(Ⅱ))/Q_(Fe(Ⅱ)),Q_(Mg(Ⅱ))/Q_(Zn(Ⅱ)),Q_(Mg(Ⅱ))/Q_(Cu(Ⅱ))and Q_(Mg(Ⅱ))/Q_(Al(Ⅲ)))were 12.17,5.13,4.81,1.51 and 1.23,respectively.Mg-SIIPs can be recycled 7 times.
