摘  要:分别以甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)、甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯(DEAM)和甲基丙烯酸叔丁氨基乙酯(TBAEMA)为改性剂,探究了改性剂对氧化石墨烯(GO)的表面改性作用。DEAM、DMAEMA和TBAEMA能够使还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)均匀稳定地分散在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)中,得到分散均匀和储存稳定的还原氧化石墨烯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯(rGO/MMA)分散液。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等对GO表面改性效果进行了分析;通过偏光显微镜和超速离心实验对rGO/MMA分散液的分散稳定性进行了测试。结果表明,GO表面羟基能够与改性剂胺基通过氢键发生相互作用,并且以DEAM改性剂制备的rGO/MMA分散液分散稳定效果最好。Dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA),diethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DEAM)and tert-butylaminoethyl methacrylate(TBAEMA)were used as modifiers to explore the effect of modifiers on the surface modification of graphene oxide(GO).DEAM,DMAEMA and TBAEMA can help reduced graphene oxide(rGO)disperse evenly and stably in methyl methacrylate(MMA),so as to obtain rGO/MMA dispersion solution with uniform dispersion and stable storage.The effect of GO surface modification was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),etc.The stability of rGO/MMA dispersion was tested by polarizing microscope and ultracentrifugation experiments.The results showed that the surface hydroxyls of GO can interact with modifier amine groups through hydrogen bonds,and the dispersion and stability of rGO/MMA dispersion prepared with DEAM modifier is the best.
