不同碳氮比条件对鸡粪和稻壳高温堆肥腐熟度的影响

摘　　要：不同C/N比条件是鸡粪和稻壳高温堆肥腐熟度过程的关键因素。试验通过控制鸡粪和稻壳的添加量调节堆体初始C/N(20、25、303个处理),研究不同碳氮比对堆肥过程中堆体温度、pH值、EC、C/N、腐殖酸等理化指标的影响,探索鸡粪和稻壳高温堆肥的最适C/N。研究结果表明,在堆肥过程中,各处理的C/N呈下降趋势,堆肥结束后3个处理最终C/N分别为14、17和18,除初始C/N为20的A1处理略低于标准,其余两处理均达到腐熟度标准。各处理的pH值先降低后快速升高最后又降低,堆肥结束后pH值分别为8.36、8.4和8.28,均满足堆肥产品标准。3个处理的GI值分别为52%、95.1%和76.6%,只有C/N为25的A2达到完全腐熟标准,而且A2处理的堆体腐殖酸含量也较高,因此建议鸡粪稻壳初始C/N比为25。The C/N was one of the key factors in the process of high temperature composting of chicken ma-nure and rice husk.This study aims at investigate the effect of different C/N ratios on physical and chemical composting parameters of chicken manure and rice husks.To explore the optimum C/N ratio during the ma-nure composting,three initial C/N ratios(20,25,30)were selected and the pile temperature,pH value,EC,C/N,humic acid of the composting process was measured.The results showed that a decreasing trend of C/N ratio was found of all treatments during the composting process,and the final C/N ratio of the three treat-ments reached the maturity standard by reaching 14,17 and 18,respectively.Except for A1 treatment with an initial C/N of 20,the other two treatments all reached the maturity standard.The pH values of each treatment also met the standards of composting products by reaching 8.36,8.4 and 8.28 after the reaction.However,the GI values of the three treatments were 52%,95.1%and 76.6%,respectively.Only A2 with C/N of 25 reached the standard of complete decomposition.Moreover,the humic acid content of the reactor of A2 treat-ment was also higher than other treatments.Taken together,the C/N ratio of 25 is the best for composting of chicken compost and rice husks in this study.
