摘  要:为探究小豆喷施外源脱落酸(ABA)的作用,以龙小豆4号为试验材料,在三叶期和始花期叶片喷施浓度为50mg/L ABA,并连续、多次取样测定碳代谢、内源激素及产量构成因素相关指标。结果表明,喷施外源ABA后,龙小豆4号叶片果糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量及蔗糖转化酶、蔗糖合成酶活性增加,可溶性糖含量和淀粉酶活性降低;茎部生长素、赤霉素和细胞分裂素含量增加,内源ABA含量减少;底荚高度和第1节间长度减小,分枝数、单株荚数和单株总粒重增加。In order to explore the effects of exogenous ABA spraying on adzuki bean,with“Longxiaodou 4”as the test material,ABA with a concentration of 50mg/L was sprayed at the trefoil stage and the first flowering date,and continuous and multiple sampling were conducted to determine indicators on carbon metabolism,endogenous hormones and yield components.The results showed that exogenous ABA increased the fructose,sucrose and amylon contents,INV and SS activities,and decreased the soluble sugar content and amylase activity;increased IAA,GA and CTK contents,and decreased endogenous ABA content,decreased bottom pod height and first internode length and increased branche number,pods per plant and grain weight per plant.
