摘 要:为解决混纺纱标样制备方法成本高、周期长、成分含量覆盖面窄导致的模型准确性较低、模型种类较少、产业化应用受限等问题,将细号单纱/单丝混并法用于制备混纺纱标样,测试了该方法制备的棉涤纶锦纶三组分混纺标样的混纺偏差和均匀性,并制作棉涤纶二组分纱标样,对相应的近红外光谱定量检测模型进行了优化。经过化学溶解法和新建近红外光谱定量模型的验证,细号单纱/单丝混并法所制备的棉涤纶二组分、棉涤纶锦纶三组分和棉腈纶锦纶涤纶四组分混纺纱混和均匀、制备快速,成分含量偏差小于0.8%;不同织物结构会对近红外光谱的检测产生影响;加入空白标准混纺样品所建新模型测试更加准确。In order to solve the problems of lower model accuracy,less kinds of models,limiting industrial application and so on caused by high cost of blended yarn standard sample preparation,long cycle and narrow coverage of component contents,standard samples of blended yarn were prepared by the method of fine count single yarn/monofilament blending.The blending deviation and uniformity of three-component blended yarn standard samples with cotton,polyester and polyamide prepared by this method were tested.Moreover,standard samples of two components cotton polyester blended yarn were prepared.The corresponding near infrared spectrum quantitative detection model was optimized.After the verification of chemical dissolution and the new quantitative model of near infrared spectrum,the two-components cotton polyester blended yarn,three-components cotton polyester polyamide blended yarn and four-components cotton acrylic polyamide polyester composite yarn prepared by the fine count single yarn/monofilament blending method were well blended and rapidly prepared.The component content deviation was less than 0.8%.The detection of near infrared spectrum spectra could be affected by different fabric structures.The new model added with blank standard blended samples was more accurate.
