摘 要:针对棉纺织企业夏季采用深井水降温,取水量大、水重复利用率低等问题,进行企业用水集成优化设计。通过对企业用水现状调查分析,调整优化各工序环境参数,统一调配各用水单元用水温度和用水量,并采用串联供水、梯级供水的方法,可有效降低深井水用量、提高水重复利用率。工程应用研究表明:用水系统集成优化后,夏季深井水量降低了1/3以上,水重复利用率由61.3%提高到75.2%,全年水重复利用率为86.2%。认为:科学的企业用水系统优化设计可有效降低棉纺织企业单位产品耗水量。Aiming at the problems of cotton textile enterprises,such as using deep well water to cool down in summer,large water intake and low water reuse rate,the integrated optimization design of enterprise water use was designed.Based on the present situation investigation and analysis of water consumption in enterprises,environmental parameters in each process were adjusted and optimized,water temperature and water consumption of each water consumption unit were uniformly adjusted.Measures of series water supply and cascade water supply were adopted.Then the water consumption in deep wells could be effectively reduced and the water reuse rate could be improved.The engineering application research showed that after adopting integrated optimization of water use system,water of deep wells in summer was decreasesd by more than one third,water reuse rate was increased from 61.3%to 75.2%,and the annual water reuse rate was 86.2%.It is considered that scientific optimal design of enterprise water system can effectively reduce water consumption per unit product of cotton textile enterprises scientific.
