摘　　要：宽幅成像仪(WSI)是大气环境监测卫星中的主要载荷之一,可以提供从可见光到长波红外的地球环境成像遥感数据。宽幅成像仪中搭载了从1.3~12.5μm红外波段进行探测的8个波段碲镉汞红外探测器,各波段采用窄带滤光片进行分光,8个波段的碲镉汞探测器封装在短波、中波和长波3个组件中。本文中对8个波段的碲镉汞红外探测器进行了概述,内容涵盖了探测器的设计思想、制备工艺和测试方法,最后给出了目前在轨运行的高性能探测器组件的探测率性能和响应光谱,同时与各波段器件的探测率指标进行了对比。Wide swath imager(WSI)is one of the key facility instruments on the first satellite-based platform of DQ-1 satellite in China.It can provide remote sensing data of earth environment imaging from visible to long wavelength infrared(LWIR)with a coverage of eight narrow(<1μm)bands.The HgCdTe infrared detectors onboard the WSI can be used to detect infrared bands from 1.3μm to 12.5μm.They are divided into eight spectral channels by narrow band optical filters,and are packaged in three assemblies,i.e.,short-wave(SW),medium-wave(MW),and long-wave(LW)assemblies.In this paper,the eight-channel HgCdTe infrared detectors are summarized,including the design principle,fabrication process,and test methods.Finally,the detectivity performance and response spectra of the on-orbit high-performance detectors at present are introduced,and the detectivity specifications of each waveband detectors are compared.
