摘　　要：目的:调查北京市不同级别医院护理管理者胰岛素注射相关知识及管理现状。方法:于2019年7月—8月,采用自行设计的调查问卷,选取来自北京市28所不同级别医院的508名护理管理者为研究对象,对其进行胰岛素注射相关知识及管理现状的调查分析。结果:护理管理者胰岛素注射知识得分中位数为15.00(12.25,17.00)分。得分等级由高到低分别为良好(149名,29.33%)、合格(232名,45.67%)和差(127名,25.00%)。结论:北京市各级医疗机构护理管理者胰岛素注射相关知识及规范管理水平有待进一步提升,尚需要加强对其胰岛素注射相关知识的培训。Objective:To investigate status of knowledge and management on insulin injection among nursing managers in different level hospitals in Beijing.Methods:From July to August 2019,a self-designed insulin injection knowledge and management questionnaire was used to collect data.A total of 508 nursing managers from 28 hospitals at different levels in Beijing participated this survey.Results:The median score of nursing managers'knowledge on insulin injection was 15.00(12.25,17.00).The scores from highest to lowest are:good(29.33%),moderate(45.67%)and poor(25.00%).Conclusion:The knowledge level and standardized management of insulin injection of nursing managers from medical institutions at all levels in Beijing need to be further improved,and the training of insulin injection knowledge also need to be strengthened.
