摘　　要：阐述护理成本、护理经济效益和护理成本效益管理的相关概念,伤口造口护理门诊成本核算方法,总结国内外研究现状,分析目前面临的挑战并提出建议,旨在为建设高质量的伤口造口护理门诊提供理论指导。This paper expounds the related concepts of nursing cost,nursing benefit and nursing cost-benefit management,the methods of cost accounting in the outpatient department of wound stoma nursing,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,analyzes the current challenges and puts forward suggestions,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of high-quality wound stoma nursing outpatient service.
