摘 要:目的:构建客观、科学的消毒供应中心精密器械清洗消毒灭菌质量风险因素评价指标体系。方法:以风险管理理论为依据,通过文献分析、半结构式访谈等研究方法初步拟定消毒供应中心精密器械清洗消毒灭菌质量风险因素评价指标体系,于2022年7月—8月采用德尔菲法对20名专家进行2轮函询,确立指标体系。结果:2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100.00%,专家权威系数均为0.94,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.258、0.207(P均<0.001)。最终指标体系包括人员因素、管理因素、设备设施因素、器械因素、操作因素及工作介质因素6个一级指标、42个二级指标。结论:消毒供应中心精密器械清洗消毒灭菌质量风险因素评价指标体系具有较高的科学性、可靠性,可以为消毒供应中心精密器械清洗、消毒、灭菌质量改进策略的拟定和实施提供参考依据。Objective:To construct an objective and scientific evaluation index system for risk factors of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of precision instruments in the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD).Methods:Based on the risk management theory,a evaluation index system for risk factors of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of precision instruments in CSSD was developed through mainly literature analysis,and semi-structured interviews.Two rounds of expert consultation with 20 experts were conducted from July to August 2022 using the Delphi method to establish the index system.Results:The effective recovery rate of the 2-round Delphi consultation questionnaire was 100.00%.Expert authority coefficient values were 0.94 on both rounds.Kendall's harmony coefficients were 0.258 and 0.207(P<0.001).The final index system included 6 primary indicators and 42 secondary indicators.Conclusion:The evaluation index system for risk factors of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of precision instruments in CSSD is highly reliable and scientific and can provide a reference basis for the formulation and implementation of countermeasures against the risk factors of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of precision instruments in CSSD.
