摘　　要：护理阶段死亡率分析是一种适用于心脏外科的护理质量改进工具,可帮助分析患者术后30天内死亡的根本原因。文章介绍了护理阶段死亡率分析工具及其使用方法,同时围绕目前国外临床应用及其分析结果进行综述,以期为我国开展心脏外科患者术后死亡分析提供参考,促进以改善患者临床预后为目标的围手术期护理管理优化和质量改进。Phase of Care Mortality Analysis is a nursing quality improvement tool for cardiac surgery,which can help analyzing the root cause of death within 30 days after surgery.This article introduces the tools and methods for Phase of Care Mortality Analysis,and summarized the current clinical applications and analysis results abroad.This article introduces the clinical application and analysis results abroad.The article is hoped to provide reference for the postoperative mortality analysis of cardiac surgery patients in China,and to promote perioperative nursing management optimization and quality improvement.
