中唐前期中央与河东镇互动研究——以节度使选任为中心

摘　　要：广德元年在各路军队的合力作用之下,唐王朝在政治形式上恢复统一局面,但是参与这场战争的各方势力也获得了不同程度的发展。此后唐中央与地方政府之间的矛盾渐成唐朝政治发展的一条主线,强如河北三镇在之后的几十年逐渐形成了带有割据自治色彩的“河朔故事”;河东镇虽不似河朔乖张,但也偶有兵乱风波。这些风波反映了中唐时期中央与太原之间的政治博弈,在这种情况下,长官的选任尤为重要。早在肃宗时期中央就曾尝试通过以任命京官为河东节度使的方式达到掌控太原军政的目的,然而所托非人招致河东兵乱,只能暂且作罢。由于河东镇没有成为骄藩的可能,况且河东对中央有很强的向心力,所以唐中央对河东地方势力的扩大也选择了默认。In the first year of Guangde,under the combined efforts of various armies,the Tang Dynasty restored its political unity,but the various forces involved in this war also developed to varying degrees.Since then,the contradiction between the central and local governments of the Tang Dynasty has gradually become a main line of political development in the Tang Dynasty,as strong as the three towns of Hebei gradually formed the“Heshuo Story”with the color of secession and autonomy in the following decades;Although Hedong Town is not as obedient as Heshuo,there are occasional turmoil.These turmoil reflected the political game between the central government and Taiyuan during the Middle and Tang Dynasties,in which the selection of governors was particularly important.As early as the Suzong period,the central government tried to achieve the purpose of controlling the military and government of Taiyuan by using Beijing officials as Hedong military governor,but the entrusted non-people caused Hedong military rebellion,and could only be temporarily abandoned.Since Hedong Town has no possibility of becoming an arrogant domain,and Hedong town has a strong centripetal force towards the central government,the Tang Central Committee also chose to acquiesce to the expansion of local power in Hedong.
