摘　　要：为缓解地下水紧张的趋势,拓宽海水工厂化养殖新品种,引进平均规格0.2 kg/尾以上的优质虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)苗种,开展虹鳟海水驯化工厂化高效养殖试验。养殖盐度和密度对比试验表明,水温在16~18℃,盐度在15‰~18‰,溶解氧在7 mg/L左右,养殖密度25尾/m^(3)为最佳养殖模式;咸淡化养殖模式对比证明,两种模式工厂化养殖产量差别不大,咸化养殖模式平均体重1.01 kg/尾,平均放养量25尾/m^(3),平均成活率90.73%,平均产量22.84 kg/m^(3),虹鳟咸化后产品品质大幅度提高,经济效益显著,按目前市场价格估算,咸化后虹鳟平均产值增加175.38元/m^(3),增加率达到20%。In order to alleviate the trend of groundwater stress,new varieties of seawater factory farming were expanded,and high-quality rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)seedlings with an average size of more than 0.2 kg/ind.were raised in the experiment of seawater domestication and efficient industrial farming.The comparison test of salinity and density of culture showed that the best culture density was 25 ind./m^(3) under the water temperature of 16~18℃,the salinity of 15‰~18‰and the dissolved oxygen of 7 mg/L.The comparison of seawater and freshwater farming modes showed little difference in output.The average weight of seawater farming mode was 1.01 kg/ind.,the average stocking size was 25 ind./m^(3),the average survival rate was 90.73%,and the average yield was 22.84 kg/m^(3).The product quality of rainbow trout was greatly improved after salting,and the economic benefits were significant.According to the current market price estimate,the unilateral output value of rainbow trout after salinity increased by 175.38 yuan,the increase rate reached 20%.
