数字金融动态赋能地区产业升级效应及渠道研究

摘　　要：选取中国2011—2020年省级面板数据,通过面板门槛回归技术剖析数字金融动态影响地区产业升级的机制。结果显示:数字金融显著地促进了地区产业升级,且使用深度和数字支持服务在助力产业升级中的积极作用更为明显;数字金融发展的产业升级效应具有正向边际效率递增的演变特征,但现阶段这种积极作用尚为有限;只有当绿色技术创新、城市化和对外直接投资水平达到一定程度,以及在经济增长目标、外商直接投资和贸易开放度保持在合理水平时,才可最大限度地提升数字金融发展的产业升级效应。最后,提出了相应政策建议,以期为未来国家制定和执行相关政策提供一定参考。Based on China's provincial data from 2011 to 2020,this paper analyzes how digital finance dynamically affects regional industrial upgrading through panel threshold regression technology.The results show that digital finance significantly promotes regional industrial upgrading,and the depth of use and digital support services play a more significant role in promoting industrial upgrading.The industrial upgrading effect of the development of digital finance has the evolution characteristics of positive marginal efficiency increasing,but the positive effect is still limited at present.Only when the level of green technology innovation,urbanization and foreign direct investment reaches a certain degree,and the economic growth target,foreign direct investment and trade openness remain at a reasonable level,can the industrial upgrading effect of digital finance development be maximized.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions to provide some references for our country in the formulation and implementation of relevant policies in the future.
