摘　　要：随着国家“碳达峰”政策的实施,机床制造企业需要适应这场全社会性的绿色变革,践行节能环保措施,符合能耗双控目标,走可持续发展道路,从而获得长远发展。其措施一是优化生产过程,二是产品升级迭代。本文结合公司实际情况,从产品升级迭代的角度浅析板料折弯机发展中节能环保技术的应用体现,并在此基础上对板料折弯机的市场前景作了分析与展望。With the implementation of the national"carbon peak"policy,the"dual control"of energy consumption,electricity and production restrictions have had a significant impact on the upper,middle,and lower reaches of the CNC machine tool industry.Machine tool manufacturing enterprises need to adapt to this green transformation of the whole society,must practice energy-saving and environmental protection measures,comply with the energy consumption dual control goals,and take the path of sustainable development in order to achieve long-term development.The practical measures include optimizing the production process and iterating product upgrades.In combination with the actual situation of the company,the application of energy saving and environmental protection technology in the development of sheet metal press brake has been analyzed in the text from the perspective of product upgrade iteration.On the above basis,the market prospect of sheet metal press brake has been analyzed and prospected roughly.
