摘　　要：本文针对折弯机制造技术的发展趋势,阐述了瑞铁机床油电混合系列折弯机的技术特点和优势。该系列设备采用公司独特的增速缸技术和双伺服泵控技术,使油缸高速下行时的速度得到了极大提升,提高折弯效率,同步性更好。配以瑞铁专用DH15P数控系统,成熟的泵控液压算法、简单便捷的人机界面、稳定的折弯精度、强大的图形编程功能使得机床综合性价比优势明显。其突出的性能也在实际生产中得到验证。In view of the development trend of press brake manufacturing technology,the technical characteristics and advantages of DERATECH machine tool hydraulic-electric hybrid series press brake have been described in the text.This series of equipment adopts our unique speed increasing cylinder technology and dual servo pump control technology,which greatly improves the speed of the cylinder when it goes down at high speed and the bending efficiency,which has better synchronization.In combination with the dedicated DH15P CNC system of Ruitie,mature pump controlled hydraulic algorithm,simple and convenient human-machine interface,stable bending accuracy,and powerful graphic programming function,the comprehensive cost-effectiveness advantage of the machine tool is obvious.Its outstanding performance has also been verified in actual production.
