摘　　要：本文通过对生产过程的分析,绘制出产品价值流图,分析各个生产环节,提高生产节拍,降低生产成本,对产品的生产装配进行优化,从而提升企业的市场竞争力。Through the analysis of the production process,this paper draws the product value flow diagram,analyze seach production link,improves the production rhythm,reduces the production cost,and optimizes the production and assembly of products,so as to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
