摘 要:为了避免终锻成形载荷的急剧上升,达到降低直齿圆柱齿轮冷精锻成形载荷的目的,在向内分流和芯轴交换的基础上,提出了基于向内分流和芯轴交换耦合法两步精密成形工艺。建立了关于该成形工艺的三维有限元分析模型和不同实验方案,并通过DEFORM-3D软件对其进行了数值模拟分析,得到了该成形工艺的最佳成形方案及其成形过程中的金属流动规律和变形机理。模拟结果显示采用此工艺不仅可以成形出完整的齿形,且成形载荷与传统的闭式精锻成形工艺相比,降低50%左右。对直齿圆柱齿轮的生产实践具有重要指导意义。In order to avoid a sharp rise of forming load in the final forging,which can reduce the forming force of forging spur gear.Based on the inward flow and exchanging axles,the two steps cold forging of spur gear based on the method coupled inward flow with exchanging axles was be proposed.The 3D finite element model and different experimental scheme was be established.Through the DEFORM-3D software to carry on the numerical simulation analysis,the best forming scheme of the forming process,the metal flow rule and deformation mechanism are got in the deformation course.The simulation results show that the completed gear is formed and the forming force can be reduced about 50%compared with the traditional closed precision forging process.Has important guiding significance to the production practice of spur gear.The result provide feasible basis for practice use.
