摘  要:焊接是涉及到传热、冶金、力学等多学科、多物理场强耦合的复杂过程,焊接多场耦合模拟对于优化焊接工艺、控制焊后残余应力、节省成本以及提高构件使用寿命和可靠性等具有重要意义。本文从理论研究出发,利用SYSWELD软件进行了模拟计算分析,通过实验结果指导焊接工艺评定编写,进而指导钢构件焊接参数的设置。Welding is a complex process involving heat transfer,metallurgy,mechanics and other disciplines and multi-physics field strength coupling.Multi-field coupling simulation of welding is of great significance for optimizing the welding process,controlling the residual stress after welding,saving costs,and improving the service life and reliability of components.Starting from theoretical research,the SYSWELD software has been used to conduct simulation calculation and analysis.The preparation of welding process qualification has been guided through experimental results.Thus in this way,the setting of welding parameters for steel components has been guided.
