摘 要:针对铝合金淬火残余应力突出的问题,研究了消减铝合金环形件淬火残余应力的方法即胀形法。该方法通过液压胀形机对环形件施加胀形力,使得环形件产生拉伸的效果。采用ABAQUS有限元软件对2219铝合金环形件淬火残余应力及胀形法进行有限元模拟。进行胀形法消减铝合金环形件淬火残余应力工艺试验,采用压痕应变法对环形件的残余应力进行测试。研究结果表明:该环形件淬火残余应力很大,最大值超过300MPa;胀形法可有效消减淬火残余应力,当胀形量为3%时,残余应力幅值降至40MPa以内;试验结果与模拟结果一致。In response to the problem of outstanding quenching residual stress in aluminum alloys,a method of reducing quenching residual stress in aluminum alloy ring parts by the bulging method has been studied.This method applies bulging force to the circular part through a hydraulic bulging machine,resulting in a stretching effect on the circular part.The ABAQUS finite element software has been used to simulate the quenching residual stress and bulging method of 2219 aluminum alloy ring parts.A bulge forming method has been used to reduce the residual stress during quenching of aluminum alloy ring parts,the indentation strain method has been taken to test the residual stress of the ring parts.The research results indicate that the quenching residual stress of the annular component is very large,with a maximum value exceeding 300MPa.The bulging method can effectively reduce quenching residual stress.When the bulging amount is 3%,the amplitude of residual stress decreases to within 40 MPa.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results.
