摘　　要：肠道菌群与结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)的发生密切相关。目前研究发现肠道菌群主要以短链脂肪酸、胆汁酸等关键物质通过代谢或非代谢途径参与CRC的发生发展。中医药通过调整“脾胃运化”对防治CRC与改善肠道菌群失衡均具有积极作用。基于“脾胃运化”、肠道菌群、CRC三者之间的相关性,结合中医理论及现代医学认识,从“脾胃运化”功能探讨肠道菌群与CRC的关系,为中医药从“脾胃”论治CRC提供新的理论参考,为CRC的临床防治提供新的研究思路。The gut microbiota is closely related to the occurrence of colorectal cancer(CRC).At present,researches have found that the gut microbiota mainly participates in the occurrence and development of CRC through metabolic or non metabolic pathways with key substances such as short chain fatty acids and bile acids.Traditional Chinese medicine plays a positive role in preventing and treating CRC and improving the imbalance of gut microbiota by adjusting transporting and transforming function of the spleen and stomach.Based on the correlation among transporting and transforming function of the spleen and stomach,gut microbiota,and CRC,combined with Chinese medicine theory and modern medical knowledge,this article intends to explore the relationship between gut microbiota and CRC from transporting and transforming function of the spleen and stomach,to provide new theoretical references for the treatment of CRC in traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of"spleen and stomach",and provide new research ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of CRC.
