摘  要:目的优化中药海桐皮薄层色谱方法,建立中药海桐皮的质量评价的新方法。方法采用粉末显微鉴别和薄层色谱法对各个基源的海桐皮:刺楸、刺桐或乔木刺桐以及樗叶花椒三味药分别进行定性鉴别研究。结果经本实验优化后的显微鉴别特征明显,薄层色谱方法简便、准确、可靠,且斑点清晰,专属性强。结论所优化的方法重现性好,操作简单,可全面有效的控制海桐皮的质量,可为海桐皮的鉴别和进一步开发利用提供依据。Objective To optimize the thin layer chromatography method of Chinese medicine Erythrina variegata L and establish a new method for quality evaluation of Erythrina variegata L.Methods The powder microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography were used to study the qualitative identification of Erythrina variegata L from various sources,namely,Kalopanax septemlobus,Erythrina variegata L or Erythrina arborescens Roxb,and Zanthoxylum ailanthoides Sieb.et Zucc.Results The microscopic identification features optimized by this experiment were obvious,and the thin layer chromatography method was simple,accurate and reliable,with clear spots and strong specificity.Conclusion The optimized method has good reproducibility and simple operation,and can control the quality of Erythrina variegata L comprehensively and effectively,which can provide a basis for the identification and further development and utilization of Erythrina variegata L.
