摘　　要：目的分析过敏性鼻炎中医辨证分型及其与特异性免疫球蛋白E(Immunog lobulin E,IgE)、cd4、cd45的相关性。方法选取2019年12月-2022年5月我院门诊收治的50例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究组,另选取同期于我院进行健康体检的志愿者48例为对照组。对研究组过敏性鼻炎患者进行中医辨证分型,检测2组IgE、cd4、cd45水平,分析中医辨证分型与IgE、cd4、cd45的相关性。结果与对照组相比,研究组IgE、cd45水平较高,cd4水平较低(P<0.05);肺经伏热型、肾阳不足型、脾气虚弱型患者IgE、cd4、cd45水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与肺经伏热型、肾阳不足型、脾气虚弱型相比,肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎患者IgE、cd45水平较高,cd4水平较低(P<0.05);IgE、cd4、cd45与肺经伏热型、肾阳不足型、脾气虚弱型、肺气虚寒型存在联系。结论过敏性鼻炎患者IgE、cd45呈高表示,cd4呈低表达,且在肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎患者IgE、cd45水平最高,cd4水平最低,检测IgE、cd4、cd45可为过敏性鼻炎患者中医辨证分型、临床治疗提供借鉴。Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation of allergic rhinitis and its correlation with specific immunoglobulin E(IgE),CD4,and CD45.Methods 50 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the Outpatient Department of School of Rehabilitation Medicine Affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences from December 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study group,and 48 volunteers who underwent physical examination in School of Rehabilitation Medicine Affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences at the same time were selected as the control group.Patients with allergic rhinitis in the study group were classified according to TCM syndrome differentiation.The levels of IgE,CD4 and CD45 in both groups were detected,and the correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation and IgE,CD4 and CD45 was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,in the study group the levels of IgE and CD45 were higher,and the level of CD4 was lower(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IgE,CD4,and CD45 among patients with pattern of latent heat in lung channel,deficiency of kidney yang,and Qi deficiency in spleen type(P>0.05);Compared with the patients with pattern of latent heat in lung channel,deficiency of kidney yang,and Qi deficiency in spleen type,the levels of IgE and CD45 in allergic rhinitis patients with syndrome of deficient cold of lung qi were higher,and the level of CD4 in these patients was lower(P<0.05).IgE,CD4,and CD45 were associated with pattern of latent heat in lung channel,deficiency of kidney yang,Qi deficiency in spleen type,and syndrome of deficient cold of lung qi.Conclusion In patients with allergic rhinitis,IgE and CD45 show high expression,CD4 shows low expression.The levels of IgE and CD45 are the highest and the level of CD4 is the lowest in allergic rhinitis patients with syndrome of deficient cold of lung qi.The detection of IgE,CD4 and CD45 can provide reference for TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical treatme
