摘  要:体外循环技术(CPB)是心脏外科手术的核心技术,CPB术后肺损伤发生率高,严重影响手术患者生活质量。通过综合各类研究资料,对于CPB肺损伤的发生机制进行简要论述,主要包括全身炎症反应综合征、缺血-再灌注损伤与氧自由基释放;从药物保护与非药物保护两方面总结了目前临床上改善CPB肺损伤的主要手段并对作用机制进行简要阐述,对于改善心脏手术患者预后具有重要意义,对临床工作同样具有参考价值。Cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)is the core technology of cardiac surgery.The incidence of lung injury after CPB is high,which seriously affects the quality of life of surgical patients.In this paper,the mechanism of CPB lung injury is briefly discussed by synthesizing various research data,mainly including systemic inflammatory response syndrome,ischemia reperfusion injury and oxygen free radical release.This article summarizes the current clinical main methods for improving CPB lung injury in clinical practice from the perspectives of drug protection and non-drug protection,and provides a brief explanation of the mechanism of action,which is of great significance for improving the prognosis of patients undergoing cardiac surgery,and also has reference value for clinical work.
