摘 要:油气上窜速度是涉及井控安全的一项重要参数,其计算过程涉及的各项参数取值必须精准无误,才能确保油气上窜速度计算结果的准确性,油气层深度、钻头位置、开泵时间、见显示时间、静止时间等数值均可直接从录井实时数据和各项资料记录中读取,而迟到时间参数却因频繁变排量导致无法直接有效取值,影响了油气上窜速度计算结果的准确性。通过分析影响迟到时间准确取值的浮阀和泵排量变化两方面因素,并采用扣除灌水眼背景值法和平均排量法计算出平均迟到时间,实现了多种排量下油气上窜速度计算中迟到时间的精准取值。该方法有效地解决了频繁变排量工况下迟到时间无法准确取值的难题,为油气勘探过程中井下安全和井控安全提供了技术保障。As an important parameter related to well control safety,the parameters involved in the calculation of oil and gas ascending velocity must be accurate in order to ensure the accuracy of the calculation results of oil and gas ascending velocity.Among them,the reservoir depth,bit position,pumping time,display time,rest time and other values can be read directly from the real-time mud logging data and various data records.However,the lag time parameter can not be taken directly and effectively because of the frequent change of pumping displacement,which affects the accurate calculation of oil and gas ascending velocity.For this reason,this paper analyzes the two factors that affect the accurate value of lag time:the change of floating valve and displacement,and calculates the average lag time by deducting the background value of the part of the hollow filling water of the drilling tool and average displacement method,and finally realizes the accurate value of lag time under various displacement.This method effectively solves the problem that the lag time can not be accurately determined under the condition of frequent variable displacement,and provides a technical guarantee for downhole safety and well control safety in the process of oil and gas exploration.
