数字经济转型视域下普惠金融对农村居民增收的效能研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：数字普惠金融是数字经济转型背景下普惠金融的创新形式,在一定程度上可以缓解农村金融紧约束状态,促进农村居民增收。本文立足乡村振兴国家战略,基于江苏省13个城市2011—2022年的面板数据进行实证分析,表明数字普惠金融对农村居民增收有显著影响,并提出加强顶层设计,加快推进普惠金融数字化程度;建设智慧型供应链金融,促进农村地区三次产业融合发展;完善数字普惠金融征信体系,拓宽数字普惠金融覆盖广度;优化数字普惠金融监管机制,建立高效反馈平台等优化建议,对探索金融支持乡村振兴可持续发展路径、巩固脱贫攻坚和全面小康的宝贵成果具有积极的现实意义。Digital inclusive finance is an innovative form of inclusive finance in the transformation of the digital economy,which can,to a certain extent,alleviate financial constraints in rural areas and promote rural residents’income increase.Based on the national strategy of rural revitalization,this paper conducts an empirical analysis based on panel data of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2022,showing that digital inclusive finance has a significant impact on rural residents’income increase,and proposes strengthening top-level design to accelerate the digitalization of inclusive finance,building intelligent supply chain finance to promote the integration of three industries in rural areas,improving the credit systems of digital inclusive finance,widening the coverage of digital inclusive finance,optimizing the regulatory mechanisms digital inclusive finance and establishing an efficient feedback platform and other optimization suggestions of positive practical significance in exploring the sustainable development paths of financial support for rural revitalization and consolidating the valuable achievements of poverty eradication and building a prosperous society in all respects.
