摘　　要：本文基于我国A股上市公司披露的企业年度报告数据进行实地调研,采用倾向得分匹配——双重差分方法考察商业银行执行国家绿色信贷指引政策后对中小企业尤其是绿色低碳企业债务融资行为的影响,并对我国近几年商业银行对中小企业绿色信贷融资效率进行研究,从国家政策、企业环境信息披露等方面对商业银行和中小企业提出改进建议,进一步响应国家“双碳”政策,加速我国资金流通,助力企业绿色转型。This paper conducts field research based on the data of annual reports of enterprises disclosed by A-share listed companies in China,and adopts the propensity score matching,differences-in-differences to examine the impact of commercial banks’implementation of the national green credit policy on the debt financing behavior of small and mediumsized enterprise(SMEs),especially green and low-carbon enterprises,and conducts a study on the efficiency of commercial banks’green credit financing for SMEs in China in recent years.Suggestions for improvement for commercial banks and SMEs are proposed in terms of national policies,corporate environmental information disclosure,and other aspects,to further respond to the national policy of“carbon neutrality and carbon peak”,accelerate the fl ow of capital in China and help enterprises to conduct green transformation.
