摘  要:圆锥滚子需控制的质量特性项目繁多,我国目前还难以批量生产高质量圆锥滚子。本文介绍了圆锥滚子的质量特性项目、工艺和设备现状以及质量现状,分析制约我国圆锥滚子质量提升的主要因素包括滚子规值批直径变动量、球基面曲率半径、凸度及非工作面质量控制,并从高精度冷镦机与硬质合金模具、精密高刚性无心磨床、高精度高刚性球基面磨削主轴、超精辊的优化设计4个方面提出了圆锥滚子加工质量的提升措施。There are many quality characteristics items that need to be controlled for tapered rollers,and it is currently difficult to mass produce the high-quality tapered rollers at home.The quality characteristic items,process,equipment status and quality status of tapered rollers are introduced,and the main factors that restrict the quality improvement of the rollers are analyzed,including variation of roller gauge lot diameter,curvature radius of spherical reference surface,control of convexity and non-working surface quality.The measures to improve the machining quality of the rollers are proposed from four aspects:high-precision cold heading machines and hard alloy molds,precision and high rigidity centerless grinders,high precision and high rigidity spindle for grinding spherical reference surface,and optimization design of superfinishing guiding rollers.
