摘 要:目的:通过文献计量分析,探索3D打印技术在骨科的临床应用。方法:以与骨科3D打印相关的主题词在中国知网和Web of Science数据库中检索2000-2022年3D打印技术在骨科临床应用研究文献,使用WPS Office和Bibliometrix软件对检索得到的文献进行计量分析。结果:共检索得到相关中文文献1418篇、英文文献605篇;中国作者发表的英文文献数量最多;涉及相关研究最多的科室是创伤骨科;中文期刊《中国组织工程研究》和英文期刊Orthopaedic Surgery分别为发表文献数量最多的中文、英文期刊;中文文献中最常见的关键词是“3D打印”、“骨折”和“髋臼骨折”,英文文献中最常见的的关键词是“3D printing”、“prosthesis”和“pedicle screw”。结论:3D打印技术在骨科临床应用的相关文献目前正处于快速增长阶段;在国家基金项目的支持下,我国在此领域的研究中占主导的地位。Objective The purpose of this study was to explore clinical applications of three dimensional printing technology in orthopedics using bibliometric analysis.Methods The terms related to three-dimensional printing in orthopedics were searched in the Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database between 2000 and 2022.Bibliometric analysis was further performed by the softwares of WPS Office and Bibliometrix.Results A total of 1,418 Chinese publications and 605 English papers related to clinical applications of 3D printing in orthopedics were searched and the largest number of English papers were published by Chinese authors.The department involved in the most clinical 3D printing-related research was trauma orthopedics and the Chinese journal Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research and the English journal Orthopaedic Surgery,published the largest number of papers respectively.The top three most-frequent keywords from the Chinese publications were"3D printing","fracture",and"acetabular fractures"while the most common keywords in the English literature were"3D printing","prosthesis"and"pedicle screw".Conclusion The literature on the clinical application of 3D printing technology in orthopaedics is currently growing at a rapid pace and China occupies a leading position in this field with the support of national funding projects.
