中国女篮中锋球员技术分析及其巴黎奥运会备战策略

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法和对比分析法,以WCBA2021—2022赛季和WC⁃BA2022—2023赛季为切入点,对10名中国女篮中锋球员进行基本数据分析和技术特点分析。在总结中国女篮中锋球员优点与不足的基础上,为中国女篮中锋球员提出备战巴黎奥运会的建议:(1)培养空间型中锋;(2)完善运动员选材制度;(3)发掘新型战术体系;(4)增强二次进攻能力;(5)提升专项体能训练;(6)强化心理技能训练。By using the method of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the basic data and technical characteristics of 10 Chinese women’s basketball center players from the 2021—2022 and 2022—2023 seasons,aiming at summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese women’s basketball center players.The following suggestions are provided for the Chinese women’s basketball center players to prepare for the Paris Olympic Games:(1)Develop the spatial center;(2)Improve the selection system of athletes;(3)Explore new tactical systems;(4)Enhance the ability of secondary attack;(5)Improve special physical training;(6)Strengthen psychological skills training.
