摘 要:抗阻训练是五人制足球中常用的体能训练方法,但近年有研究提出传统力量训练存在局限性。本文主要讨论基于速度的力量训练(Velocity Based Training,VBT)的技术优势,以及如何使用它来提高五人制足球运动的运动表现。研究发现,VBT的优势在于它作为非侵入式的力量训练,可以用量化指标客观监控肌肉力量表现,实时反馈训练状态,确定个性化精确负荷,保证训练的针对性,协助打破力量水平瓶颈,达到提高足球运动员运动能力和运动表现的效果。Resistance training is a commonly used physical training method in futsal,but recent studies have suggested that traditional strength training has limitations.This paper discusses the technical advantages of Velocity Based Training(VBT)and how it can be used to improve athletic performance specific to futsal.It is found that the advantages of VBT are that it objectively monitors muscle strength performance as a non-invasive quantitative indicator of strength training,provides real-time feedback on training status,determines individualized and precise loads,ensures the relevance of training,and assists in breaking bottlenecks in strength levels to achieve improved athletic ability and performance in soccer players.
