新时代我国手球运动赛事发展困境与对策

摘　　要：通过文献资料法和访谈法,对手球赛事的发展历程进行简要回顾,探寻制约其高质量发展的困境,分析产生根源。结果发现:赛事治理混乱、赛事体系单一、赛事服务低下以及多元供给主体缺失等是严重制约手球赛事发展的问题。为摆脱此困境,建议:(1)要制定手球赛事的长期和短期规划,明确手球赛事的发展目标;(2)要激活赛事市场,打造品牌赛事;(3)革新赛事模式,精准性服务赛事;(4)制定赛事评估体系,提升赛事管理能力。In order to promote the high-quality development of handball events,this article briefly reviews the development process of handball events through literature review and interview methods,aiming to explore the shortcomings that restrict their high-quality development.The results show that chaotic competition governance,a single competition system,low competition services,and a lack of diversified supply entities seriously restrict the development of handball events.In order to get rid of this dilemma,it is suggested that:(1)Long-term and short-term plans for handball events should be formulated,development goals for handball events should be established,;(2)The event market should be activated,brand events should be created;(3)The event models should be innovated,precise services should be provided to events;(4)The event evaluation systems should be developed to enhance event management capabilities.
