摘 要:目的:了解幼儿感觉统合失调和情绪行为问题的现状,探讨感觉统合失调幼儿的情绪行为问题的影响因素,为特殊幼儿的身心健康干预提供科学依据。方法:2022年11~12月期间,采用随机整群抽样的方法,以福建省4所幼儿园1032名幼儿的家长为调查对象,使用一般资料调查表、幼儿感觉统合发展评定量表和长处与困难问卷(Strength and difficulties questionnaire,SDQ)以及基本情况表进行问卷调查。结果:幼儿感觉统合失调检出率为22.97%,小、中、大班段幼儿(28.96%,23.26%,18.03%)间检出率的差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.415,P=0.002);幼儿情绪行为问题检出率为10.66%,男女童(13.49%,7.54%)之间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.594,P=0.002)。感统失调幼儿的情绪行为问题检出率为35.0%(83/237),多重线性回归分析显示,性别、睡眠时间、睡眠质量和家庭教养方式是影响感觉统合失调幼儿情绪行为问题发生的主要因素。结论:感觉统合失调与情绪行为问题关系密切,其共患问题不容忽视;感觉统合失调幼儿情绪行为问题是多因素相互作用的结果,应早期发现和及时干预,促进幼儿身心健康发展。Objective:This study aimed to investigate emotional and behavioral problems and their related factors in preschool children with sensory integration dysfunction,in order to provide evidence-based interventions for the physical and mental health of special children.Methods:A total of 1032 parents of preschool children from four kindergartens in Fujian Province were randomly selected as the research participants.The General Information Questionnaire,the Assessment of Sensory Integration Development in Young Children,the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ),and the Basic Information Questionnaire were used for the survey.Results:The detection rate of sensory integration dysfunction in preschool children was 22.97%.There was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate among children in small,medium and large classes(28.96%,23.26%,18.03%)(χ^(2)=12.415,P=0.002).The detection rate of emotional and behavioral problems was 10.66%.There is a statistically significant difference between boys and girls(13.49%,7.54%)(χ^(2)=9.594,P=0.002).The detection rate of emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children with sensory integration dysfunction was 35.0%.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,sleep time,sleep quality,and parenting style were the main factors affecting the comorbidity of sensory integration dysfunction and emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children.Conclusion:Sensory integration dysfunction is closely related to emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children.Early detection and intervention are crucial for promoting the physical and mental health of special children.Gender,sleep time,sleep quality,and parenting style are important factors to be considered when designing interventions for preschool children with sensory integration dysfunction and emotional and behavioral problems.
