摘　　要：近年来,我国不动产登记制度已经逐渐无法适应新时期的发展需要,有关部门需要对其进行优化与改进。而在房地产登记档案工作中充分运用信息化技术,可以提高行政执法工作的整体素质,有力地支持不动产登记改革。文中重点探讨了不动产登记档案信息化管理存在的问题以及优化措施。In recent years,my country’s real estate registration system has gradually been unable to meet the development needs of the new era,and relevant departments need to optimize and improve it.The full use of information techno-logy in the real estate registration file work can improve the overall quality of administrative law enforcement work and effectively support the reform of real estate registration.This paper mainly explores the problems and optimization measures in the information management of real estate registration archives.
