摘　　要：在21世纪,国内各城市逐渐升级为智慧城市,智能化建筑应运而生,为广大市民的日常生活提供了诸多便利。建设智能化建筑,应着重设计智能化系统,实现智能化系统的集成管理,以便对建筑设备自控系统、消防自动化报警系统、建筑安全防范系统实现集中管理。文中简单分析了建筑智能化系统的设计与应用方案,希望能为智能化建筑管理建设提供借鉴。In the 21st century,various cities in China have gradually been upgraded to smart cities,and intelligent buildings have emerged as the times require,providing a lot of convenience for the daily life of the general public.Building intelligent buildings should focus on designing intelligent systems and realize the integrated management of intelligent systems,so as to facilitate the centralized management of building equipment automatic control systems,fire automatic alarm systems,and building safety prevention systems.This paper briefly analyzes the design and application scheme of building intelligent systems,hoping to provide reference for the construction of intelligent building management.
