老年高血压人群中血脂及血尿酸水平的检验价值探讨

摘　　要：目的 分析血脂、血尿酸指标检验对老年高血压患者的应用价值。方法 选择2022年1—12月临沂市第四人民医院收治的100例老年高血压患者作为观察组,选择同期在本院接受体检的老年健康者100名作为对照组,均进行血脂指标、血尿酸指标检验,对比两组受检者各项检验结果的差异,同时对比观察组中不同病情程度患者的血脂、血尿酸检验结果。结果 观察组患者总胆固醇(6.51±0.59)mmol/L、三酰甘油(2.48±0.22)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白(3.37±0.24)mmol/L、血尿酸(465.48±11.24)μmol/L水平均高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(1.03±0.15)mmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=27.465、35.133、11.289、102.879、13.099,P<0.05)。观察组不同病情程度患者中,高危患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白及血尿酸水平均高于中危及低危患者,高密度脂蛋白水平低于中危及低危患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年高血压疾病可通过检验血脂、血尿酸水平辅助临床诊断,同时可在一定程度上反映患者的病情程度,为后续治疗提供数据支持。Objective Analyze the application value of blood lipid and uric acid index tests in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 100 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the Fourth People′s Hospital of Linyi City from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 100 elderly healthy individuals who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Blood lipid and uric acid indicators were tested,and the differences in the test results between the two groups were compared.At the same time,the blood lipid and uric acid test results of patients with different degrees of illness in the observation group were compared.Results The levels of total cholesterol(6.51±0.59)mmol/L,triacylglycerol(2.48±0.22)mmol/L,low-density lipoprotein(3.37±0.24)mmol/L,and blood uric acid(465.48±11.24)μmol/L in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of high-density lipoprotein(1.03±0.15)mmol/L was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=27.465,35.133,11.289,102.879,13.099,P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,low-density lipoprotein and blood uric acid in high-risk patients were higher than those in moderate-risk and low-risk patients,and the levels of high-density lipoprotein was lower than those in moderate-risk and low-risk patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly hypertension can be diagnosed clinically by testing blood lipids and uric acid levels,while also reflecting the severity of the patient′s condition to a certain extent,providing data support for subsequent treatment.
