中西医综合疗法治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医综合疗法治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎(PCM)的临床疗效。方法选择本院40例PCM患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分成中西医结合组(A组)和西医组(B组),每组各20例。A组在西医常规治疗基础上采用辨证论治中药内服外治,而B组采用西医常规治疗,观察比较两组患者治愈率,创面愈合时间,术后创面愈合后3、6、9、12个月复发率,愈合后乳房美观评分。结果A组在治愈率、创面愈合时间较B组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);在复发率方面,A组在愈后3、6、9个月复发均为0例,B组在愈后3、6个月均为0例,愈后9个月复发1例,两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),而A组在愈后12个月复发1例,B组有4例,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),总复发率A组为5%,B组为25%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);在愈后两组乳房美观评分方面,A组评分为(3.14±0.56)分,较B组(1.87±0.23)分有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医综合疗法能有效治疗PCM,提升治愈率,促进创面愈合,从而减少愈合时间,有效减少复发情况,术后减少瘢痕形成,能够最大限度维持乳房正常外形。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on plasm cell mastitis.Methods Forty patients with plasma cell mastitis were selected as the research objects.On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the treatment group was treated with dialectical Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)internal and external treatment,while the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The cure rate,wound healing time,the recurrence rate of 3,6,9,12 months after wound healing,and the score of breast beauty after healing were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were significant difference in cure rate and wound healing time between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).In terms of recurrence rate,0 cases recurred in 3,6 and 9 months after healing in the treatment group,while 0 cases recurred in 3,6 months after healing in the control group,and 1 case recurred in 9 months after healing.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the treatment group,there were 1 case of recurrence 12 months after healing,and 4 cases in the control,there was a significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate was 5%in the treatment group and 25%in the group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After healing,the two groups sored(3.14±0.56)points in the treatment group and 1.87±0.23 point in the control group,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated therapy of Chinese and western medicine can effectively treat plasma cell mastitis,improving the cure rate,shortening the wound healing time,effectively reducing recurrence rate and postoperative scars,and keeping the appearance of the breast beauty.
