摘 要:目的了解本院随访管理的HIV感染者新冠疫苗的接种现状,探讨接种意愿,为新冠疫苗接种在HIV感染者中推广提供基础数据和建议。方法研究为横断面调查,于2021年10月1日至11月15日在本院感染科门诊就诊的HIV感染者通过二维码的方式填写匿例问卷,内容包括人口学数据、新冠疫苗接种现状及接种意愿等情况,采用描述性分析方法进行数据分析。结果共纳入415例HIV感染者,新冠疫苗接种率为95.9%,疫苗接种点以社区卫生服务中心(59.5%)为主;其中愿意接种新冠疫苗的患者占96.6%,网络渠道是其获取新冠疫苗接种相关信息的主要途径(69.8%);愿意接种人群认为接种新冠疫苗是有效的防治措施(87.8%),其次能保护家人的安全(72.6%);14例不愿意接种的HIV感染者主要担忧疫苗的安全性(92.9%)。结论HIV感染者新冠疫苗的接种率和意愿均较高。针对不愿意接种的人群,应加强相关知识和政策宣传,提高HIV感染者的新冠疫苗接种覆盖率。Objective To investigate the awareness,vaccination status,and willingness to vaccinate against COVID-19 among HIV-infected patients followed up in a tertiary public hospital in Hangzhou,and to provide the basic data and recommendations for the promotion of COVID-19 vaccination in HIV-infected patients.Methods A cross-sectional study was performed.From October 1,to November 15,2021,HIV-infected patients were followed up in a tertiary public hospital in Hangzhou scanned a QR code to fill out anonymous questionnaires,which included the demographic data,status,and willingness to COVID-19 vaccination.Descriptive analysis was used to analyze and display the data.Results Four hundred and fifteen HIV-infected patients were enrolled.Among them,the vaccination rate was 95.9%and the main vaccination site was the community health service center(59.5%).96.6%participants were willing to get the COVID-19 vaccination and 69.8%participants got the information about COVID-19 vaccines from the web source.Among the participants who were willing to get the COVID-19 vaccination,87.8%considered that COVID-19 vaccination was an effective preventive measure,and 72.6%considered that could protect family members.Among 14 participants who were unwilling to get the COVID-19 vaccination,92.9%concerned about vaccine safety.Conclusion The vaccination rate and willingness to get COVID-19 vaccination are high in HIV-infected patients.For those who are unwilling to vaccinate,publicity of knowledge and policies should be strengthened to reduce vaccinal hesitation and improve the coverage of the COVID-19 vaccine in HIV-infected patients.
