摘　　要：在中央苏区,中国共产党领导广大苏区群众积极开展农业互助合作运动,有效地克服了劳动力短缺和耕牛、农具不足的困难,极大地提高了农业生产力,发展了农业生产,为巩固农村革命根据地的生存与发展奠定了物质基础。总结其历史经验,主要有:坚持党的领导,保障农业互助合作运动有序开展;坚决依靠群众,充分发挥群众的主体作用;立足实际,切实解决苏区的现实问题;树立模范、举办比赛,形成良好的激励机制;建立融资机制,解决农业互助合作组织的融资问题。这一系列重要举措,对当前我国建设和发展农业合作社有着深刻的历史启示。In the Central Soviet Area,the CPC led the masses in the Soviet area to actively carry out the movement of agricultural mutual assistance and cooperation,effectively overcoming the difficulties of labor shortage and shortage of cattle and agricultural tools,greatly improving agricultural productivity,developing agricultural production,and making the material foundation for consolidating the survival and development of rural revolutionary base areas.Summarizing its historical experience,there are mainly:adhere to the CPC leadership and ensure the orderly development of the agricultural mutual aid and cooperation movement;Resolutely rely on the masses and give full play to the main role of the masses;Based on reality and solve the practical problems in the Soviet Area;Set models,launch competitions and form a good incentive mechanism;Establish a financing mechanism and solve the financing problem of the agricultural mutual help and cooperation movement.This series of important measures has profound historical enlightenment for the current construction and development of agricultural cooperatives in China.
