摘　　要：中国共青团的历史就是一部领导青年进行伟大斗争史。中国共青团领导青年参加革命斗争、三大改造斗争、社会主义建设斗争、改革斗争、实现中国梦而奋斗等历程,其基本经验是坚持党的领导,斗争政治方向正确;加强团组织建设,斗争领导力量可靠;扎根青年群众,斗争群众力量雄浑。依据共青团百年领导青年斗争历史规律,共青团未来必须强化政治性、先进性、群众性等基本属性,斗争有方向、本领、力量保障;必须加强自身建设制度体系化和工作方式方法全面系统化,促进斗争规范化和实效化。When it comes to the history of the Communist Youth League of China,it is a history of guiding the youth to carry out great struggles.The youth have been guided by the Communist Youth League of China to take part in the revolutionary struggle,the three major transformation struggles,the socialist construction struggle,the reform struggle,and the struggle for therealization of the Chinese dream.The basic experience is the adherence to the leadership of the Party with correct political direction of the struggle;the enhancement of the organizational construction of the League with reliable leadership in struggle;and the formation of the foundation in the youth with strong strength of the masses.The historical law of the Communist Youth League guiding the youth to carry out the struggle for a hundred years is followed,in which the Communist Youth League has the necessity to enhance its basic attributes such as political nature,progressiveness nature and mass character in the future,the direction,ability and strength guarantee of thestruggle should be formed.The systematization of its own construction systems and the comprehensive systematization of itsworking methods should be strengthened,the standardization andeffectiveness of our struggle should also be promoted.
