多功能负压引流瓶腰带在妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后康复锻炼中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析多功能负压引流瓶腰带在妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后康复锻炼中的应用效果。方法选取128例行广泛根治术治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者,依据是否使用多功能负压引流瓶腰带分为对照组与观察组,每组64例。对照组未使用多功能负压引流瓶腰带,观察组使用多功能负压引流瓶腰带。对比两组康复效果。结果观察组置管时间、引流液总量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),排便时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组引流装置携带便利性评分、引流装置携带舒适性评分、康复锻炼依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率4.69%低于对照组的15.63%(P<0.05)。结论在妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后实施快速康复锻炼中应用多功能负压引流瓶腰带效果显著,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the application effect of multi-function negative pressure drainage bottle belt in postoperative rehabilitation exercise for patients with gynecological malignant tumor.Methods 128 gynecological malignant tumor patients undergoing extensive radical surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to whether multifunctional negative pressure drainage bottle belt was used,with 64 cases in each group.The control group did not use multifunction negative pressure drainage bottle belt,and the observation group used multi-function negative pressure drainage bottle belt.The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the catheterization time and total drainage fluid between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),and the defecation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<o.05).The score of convenience of carrying drainage device,the score of carrying comfort of drainage device and the score of compliance of rehabilitation exercise in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 4.69%lower than that of control group(15.63%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-function negative pressure drainage bottle belt in the rapid rehabilitation exercise of gynecological malignant tumor patients after surgery is remarkable,and it is worth promoting.
