中药穴位贴敷联合揿针疗法治疗妇科手术后胃脘部不适的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对妇科手术后胃脘部不适患者实施中药穴位贴敷联合揿针疗法治疗的临床效果。方法选取60例妇科手术后胃脘部不适患者,将其随机分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组采用中药穴位贴敷治疗,试验组采用中药穴位贴敷联合揿针疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果以及治疗前后的生活质量。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量各项(心理功能、物质生活状态、社会功能)评分均高于治疗前,且试验组[(80.16±4.28)分、(81.28±4.61)分、(80.13±3.24)分]高于对照组[(71.37±4.64)分、(72.13±4.62)分、(70.92±3.13)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合揿针疗法治疗妇科手术后胃脘部不适患者的效果显著,且可提升患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Qin acupuncture therapy on patients with epigastric discomfort after gynecological surgery.Methods 60 patients with epigastric discomfort after gynecological surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Qin acupuncture therapy.The treatment effect and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group(96.67%)was higher than that of control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life(psychological function,material life status,social function)in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group[(80.16±4.28)points,(81.28±4.61)points,(80.13±3.24)points]were higher than those control group[(71.37±4.64)points,(72.13±4.62)points,(70.92±3.13)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Qin acupuncture therapy is effective in the treatment of patients with epigastric discomfort after gynecological surgery,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
