经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫切口妊娠的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫切口妊娠的价值。方法选取52例子宫切口妊娠患者,所有患者均行经腹部与经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,比较经腹部与经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对子宫切口妊娠的检出率以及超声图像表现。结果经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对子宫切口妊娠的检出率(92.31%)高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查(69.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对卵黄囊、附件包块、胎芽、盆腔积液、宫内假孕囊的检出率均高于经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于经腹部彩色多普勒超声,经阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫切口妊娠诊断中的应用价值更高,不仅可提高疾病检出率,且超声声像图更加清楚。Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy.Methods A total of 52 patients with uterine incision pregnancy were selected,all of whom underwent transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.The results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard to compare the detection rate of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for uterine incision pregnancy and the ultrasonic image performance.Results The detection rate of uterine incision pregnancy by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(92.31%)was higher than that by transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound(69.23%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of yolk sac,adnexal mass,embryo bud,pelvic effusion and intrauterine pseudopregnancy sac by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were higher than those by transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has higher application value in the diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy,which can not only improve the disease detection rate,but also make the ultrasound image more clear.
