摘　　要：经前期头痛是指女性月经来潮前出现的以头痛为主的症状,通常随着月经来潮而缓解或消失,亦可伴随月经周期反复发作。该病属于内伤性头痛,但需排除由于脑血管病变、外伤等疾病引起的头痛,相当于现代医学的“月经性偏头痛”。2001年,世界卫生组织将偏头痛列为四大慢性致残疾病之一,严重影响人类健康,因此,一旦患病,采取科学、有效的治疗手段非常重要。该文旨在分享针药结合治疗经前期头痛的经验。Premenstrual headache refers to the women premenstrual menstruation with headache as the main symptom of the disease,usually with menstruation and relieve or disappear,and can also be accompanied by the menstrual cycle repeated attacks.This disease belongs to the internal wound headache,but need to exclude the headache caused by cerebrovascular disease,trauma and other diseases,equivalent to modern medicine"menstrual migraine".In 2001,the World Health Organization listed migraine as one of the four chronic disability diseases,which seriously affected human health.Therefore,it is very important to take scientific and effective treatment measures once the disease occurs.This article aims to share the experience of needle and drug combined treatment of premenstrual headache.
