预见性护理与焦点解决护理模式在初产妇产后出血护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理与焦点解决护理模式在初产妇产后出血护理中的应用价值。方法选取100名初产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组50名。对照组实施预见性护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用焦点解决护理模式。比较两组术后出血量、焦虑和抑郁评分及护理满意度评分。结果观察组产后2 h、24 h出血量分别为(86.39±14.62)ml、(157.54±19.05)ml均少于对照组的(163.44±25.06)ml、(263.41±28.33)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理满意度评分为(79.05±6.42)分,观察组护理满意度评分为(92.35±4.15)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论初产妇产后出血护理中应用预见性护理与焦点解决护理模式能够降低产妇的产后出血量,可有效缓解产妇的不良情绪,有助于打造良好的护患关系。Objective To analyze the application value of predictive nursing and focus solving nursing model in postpartum hemorrhage nursing of primipara.Methods 100 cases of primipara were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with predictive nursing,and the observation group was treated with focus solution nursing model based on the control group.Postoperative blood loss,anxiety and depression scores and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum blood loss at 2 and 24 h in the observation group was(86.39±14.62)ml and(157.54±19.05)ml,respectively,lower than that in the control group(163.44±25.06)ml and(263.41±28.33)ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the control group was(79.05±6.42)points,and the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(92.35±4.15)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.o5).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing and focused nursing mode in the nursing of puerperal hemorrhage can reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,effectively relieve the bad mood of puerperal,and help to build a good nurse-patient relationship.
