摘　　要：真胃左方变位是奶牛产后常见疾病之一,由于该病淘汰率高、诊疗费用昂贵且治疗后产奶量恢复较慢,给奶牛养殖业带来了巨大的经济损失。该文对奶牛真胃左方变位的致病因素、发病机理、诊断方法、预测因子、治疗手段及预后进行了阐述,旨在为有效防治该病提供一定的参考。Left displaced abomasum is one of the common postpartum diseases of dairy cows.Due to its high elimination rate,expensive diagnosis and treatment and slow recovery of milk yield after treatment,this disease brings great economic losses to dairy cattle breeding industry.This paper describes the pathogenic factors,pathogenesis,diagnostic methods,predictors,treatment methods and prognosis of left displaced abomasum in dairy cows,in order to provide some reference for effective prevention and treatment of this disease.
