摘　　要：浸没式喷枪熔炼技术中,艾萨熔炼是其中一种,具有简单设备构造、紧凑炉体尺寸、简单流程工艺和低投资费用等优点。然而,当前艾萨熔炼主要使用人工经验进行配料,导致配料精准度不高,生产过程中误差增多,导致加热能耗增加、工艺参数难以控制和炉体寿命变短。因此,本文旨在探讨艾萨熔炼配料专家系统的开发和应用。In the immersed spray gun melting technology,ISA melting is one of the methods that has the advantages of simple equipment construction,compact furnace size,simple process technology,and low investment costs.However,the current ISA melting mainly relies on manual experience for batching,resulting in low batching accuracy,increased errors in the production process,increased heating energy consumption,difficulty in controlling process parameters,and shorter furnace life.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the development and application of an ISA melting batching expert system.
