摘  要:在铜电解精炼生产过程中,净液工序平衡电解液中铜离子浓度的主要方式有生产硫酸铜和电积脱铜两种方式。在满足生产工艺的前提下,铜电解液的净化过程还应综合考虑上述两种方式的经济性,实现效益最大化。贵溪冶炼厂电解车间根据电解液杂质情况,在净液工序合理停开一次电积脱铜生产电积铜。前期电积铜质量不稳定,但通过加强装槽质量和槽面管理,合理给液流量,改进供液方式,调整添加剂等措施,电积铜化学成分与物理外观均达到1#铜标准,部分达到A级铜标准。In the production process of copper electrorefining,the main ways to balance the copper ion concentration in the electrolyte in the purification process are to produce Copper(II)sulfate and to remove copper by electrowinning.On the premise of meeting the production process,the purification process of copper electrolyte should also comprehensively consider the economic benefits of the above two methods to achieve maximum benefits.According to the impurity situation of the electrolyte in the electrolysis workshop of Guixi Smelter,a reasonable shutdown of electrowinning and copper removal process is required in the purification process to produce electrowinning copper.The quality of electrodeposited copper was unstable in the early stage,but through measures such as strengthening the quality of loading and surface management,reasonable liquid flow rate,improving liquid supply methods,and adjusting additives,the chemical composition and physical appearance of electrodeposited copper reached the 1#copper standard,and some reached the A-grade copper standard.
